When it arrived, I checked it out right away and it actually looked really legit. No doubts from me

I messaged support and didn’t expect such a quick reply, but they got back to me almost right away. My question was fixed before I even had time to overthink it, which was nice. Also, it’s just refreshing when support doesn’t make things complicated.

My order went through without any issues and I did get the confirmation emails, so that part was fine. The tracking, though, apparently wanted to add a little suspense to my week. It didn’t update for a couple of days, so I had no clue if my package was moving, sitting somewhere, or off living its best life. Customer service did respond, but I had to wait a bit. The item arrived okay in the end, so no real disaster, but clearer tracking would’ve been nice

I ordered these earrings and the pearl size turned out to be exactly what I expected from the site. I was a little worried they might be smaller in person, but they weren’t at all!! They look really nice on, and I’m happy with them.
